Unicove 2.0
Started building the next version of Unicove from scratch. Created the project on July 16th alongside a shared component library for consistent design. Built transaction management so multiple operations can be queued and processed. Added support for connecting to different blockchains with their own settings.
Created notification displays for transaction results and system events. Built input controls for token amounts and basic interface elements. These foundation pieces enable faster wallet feature development.
Unicove v1
Added REX staking so users can earn rewards by lending tokens. Users can stake and unstake with a setup process for first-time stakers. The system shows matured balances ready for withdrawal and calculates yearly earnings percentages.
Changed “claim” to “withdraw” for clearer wording. Fixed calculation issues for accurate balance displays and transaction amounts. Fixed compatibility problems preventing the wallet from launching in Firefox on Android.
Account Creation
Started building account creation infrastructure supporting multiple service providers. This gives users more options when creating new accounts. Added communication between the creation interface and external services for flexible account creation workflows.
Security Improvements
Added security headers to three web apps on July 25th preventing common vulnerabilities. The headers protect against clickjacking attacks, cross-site scripting, content type confusion, and enforce secure connections. This update improved security across all web apps.
Developer Tools
Improved comparison operations for integer types with greater-than, less-than, and equality checks. Improved type safety preventing bad values from causing errors. Fixed data encoding and decoding issues for accurate blockchain data. Fixed browser compatibility issues for Firefox and Brave when launching the wallet.
